Target Group The course is designed for Civil Defence Instructors (paid/part time) , Platoon Commanders of Home Guards, Havaldar's and above from Paramilitary Forces, Havaldar's /JCO's from NCC, Members of voluntary NGO's and Teachers from School /Colleges.

To train officers and personnel to enable them to conduct training courses in Civil Defence at local and state level .
